The Heritage Club
Westminster's Heritage Club is a fellowship of members
who have belonged to the church for more than 50 years!

"We always thank God for you, mentioning you in our prayers.
We continually remember before our God and Father
your work produced in faith, your labor prompted by love,
and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ."
Thessalonians 1:2-3

Member of Longest Standing
In the process
of identifying the members of Westminster eligible for the Heritage Club, it was discovered that George Campbell has been a member the longest...72 years! When asked if he had been confirmed at Westminster, George replied that he couldn't remember, but that he did remember attending a white clapboard church before coming to the current church building on the corner of Woolworth and 35 Street. In 1927 Westminster merged with Parkvale Presbyterian Church, which was then located at 32nd Avenue and Martha. It is possible that is the church that Mr. Campbell makes reference to.
